1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.

  • Certain hygiene-sensitive items may not be accepted for return once opened.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order details and a description of the issue.

  • You may be asked to provide photo or video evidence of the defect or damage.

  • Once approved, our team will arrange the return process with you.

4. Refunds

  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued in the form of cash at the time of pickup or through an agreed cash reimbursement method.

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been inspected and approved by our team.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be completed after approval.

5. Exchanges

  • If you prefer, we can arrange an exchange for the same product instead of a refund.

  • Exchanges follow the same approval process as returns.
